Had an urgent passport appointment around the corner and realized I forgot proof of my international travel. I am so grateful for the kind gentleman who kindly printed it off for me. Best hotel front desk in the city!
Loved the location in SoHo, room was accommodating. I booked a high floor room but felt that the extra cost was a waste because you just see the inside of the businesses across the way. Better off just booking a standard room. I also listed on my reservation we were celebrating an engagement but the guy at the desk seemed like he couldn't be bothered. The other staff were helpful during my stay.
I need a room for a night, as I didn’t have the AC for my apartment. The price I was able to score on Expedia was too much to pass on. I had a wonderful experience. The young lady down in the lobby that checked me in was beyond fantastic. I forgot my toothpaste and she gave me a couple packets so I didn’t have to go out in the heat to go and buy some. It’s in great proximity to the subway stations in overall it was very quiet. The AC worked fantastically and I got a great night sleep. The only reason I didn’t give it the extra star, is it just took a little bit for the elevator to come down. They only had one working, which is understandable.
Christina was able to assist me with last minute reservation changes and made sure our group was well taken care of. Hotel was clean and little to no wear on furnishings. Would recommend staying here if in SOHO. Great location as well.
Spent three nights here with friends to visit NYC. Rooms are clean and comfy, location is great, but the staff is the real gem here. Rodrick up front in the evenings treated us like close friends, and helped us spend some social time at the tables in the lobby. He was incredible. thanks for a wonderful stay!
September 2025: Stayed here for three nights and had an okay stay. My biggest issue was the difficulty of getting a good night's sleep. Pros: Location was fantastic. Service was friendly. Shower pressure was good. Cons: I didn't find the bedding, mattress,and pillows comfortable. Pillows definitely need a refresher. I was on the 7th floor and had trouble sleeping due to the consistent traffic noise outside. Maybe a higher floor room would be better. Rooms are small. I didn't have a good place for my luggage. Often hotels have a stand that you can set your roller bag on. But didn't have one here.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean and well kept rooms. Plenty of places to go nearby and you don't have to cross the street to get on the subway.
